The VNAB model terms and conditions are non-binding. They serve as a model from which deviations can be made through changes, additional provisions and/or clauses.

Since the freedom of use lies with the market parties, the VNAB cannot accept liability for the application and content of the model conditions and clauses. If there is a difference between the original Dutch text and its English translation, the Dutch text will prevail.
